GREEN APPLE & ELDERFLOWER

COCKTAIL: “BOWEN STREET”

Glass: High ball
Garnish: a round of lemon, raspberry, sprig of mint
You will need: ice, cocktail shaker, measure, strainer, short skewer

45ml Good quality gin
30ml Grapefruit juice
30ml Chambord
30ml Seco Sparkling Green Apple & Elderflower

Half-fill cocktail shaker with ice, add spirits and juice. Place lid firmly on shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a High ball half-filled with ice and top with Seco Sparkling Green Apple & Elderflower.

MOCKTAIL: “MOSMO”

Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Pink/White snapdragon flowers
You will need: ice, cocktail shaker, measure, strainer, short skewer

60ml Cranberry juice
45ml Lime juice
30ml Orange juice
15ml Demerara sugar syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
3 dashes Lime bitters
30ml Seco Sparkling Green Apple & Elderflower

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients except Seco. Shake until chilled, double-strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with Seco Sparkling Green Apple & Elderflower.

SPICED PINEAPPLE

COCKTAIL: “MAKAI”

Glass: Tiki
Garnish: Rosemary sprig and a strip of orange peel
You will need: ice, cocktail shaker, measure, strainer, short skewer

45ml Plantation 3 Stars white rum
15ml Dry Curaçao
15ml Ginger syrup
30ml Lime juice
60-90ml Seco Sparkling Spiced Pineapple

Half-fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add white rum, curaçao, ginger syrup and lime juice. Place lid firmly on shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into tiki glass half-filled with ice, leaving 1 inch at the top and then top with Seco Sparkling spiced pineapple. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and wedge of fresh pineapple.

MOCKTAIL: “HALA KAHIKI”

Glass: Tiki (clear)
Garnish: Fresh pineapple wedge, lime slice and pomegranate seeds
You will need: blender, short skewer

60ml Lemon juice
15ml Chilli-vanilla syrup (or a pinch of chilli powder)
3 dashes Cinnamon spice (or a pinch of cinnamon powder)
2 dashes Cardamom spice (or a half-pinch of cardamon powder)
60-90ml Seco Sparkling Spiced Pineapple

Add ice, syrup, spice and lemon juice to blender. Blend for 15 seconds. Fill the tiki glass half way and top with Seco Sparkling Spiced Pineapple. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge, lime slice and pomegranate seeds.

CUCUMBER & MINT

COCKTAIL: “SECO SOIR”

Glass: Champagne Flute
Garnish: Thin slice of cucumber or sprig of rosemary
You will need: ice, cocktail shaker, measure, strainer

45ml Yellow Chartreuse
45ml Good quality Australian Brut
90ml Seco Sparkling Cucumber & Mint

Half fill a champagne flute with Seco Sparkling Cucumber & Mint. Shake Yellow Chartreuse with ice to aerate and chill then pour into the glass. Add Brut and garnish with cucumber.

MOCKTAIL: “COOL AS”

Glass: High Ball
Garnish: Thin strip of cucumber
You will need: blender

60ml Watermelon juice (or cubes of watermelon)
60ml Lime juice
10ml Demerara-Vanilla syrup
3 dashes Cinnamon spice
1 dash Pimento Dram
2 dashes Angostura bitters
4 dashes Grapefruit bitters
60-90ml Seco Sparkling Cucumber & Mint

Add ice and all ingredients to the blender and blend for 5-10 seconds. Pour into a high ball glass and garnish with a thin strip of cucumber.
